They're Oats!They're oat flakes... they're exactly what they claim to be. Nothing more, nothing less. Will they significantly change your life? Probably not. Make you a better person? Nah. Enhance your love life? Depends on what you're into, I guess, but doubtful.
They did, however, help to make a very tasty Oatmeal Stout. And that's exactly what I hoped for.

Oat FlakesThis will give your beer a sticky mouthfeel which is great for Stouts. I like the oat flavor profile it adds to the finished beer.
